  • 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts (boneless skinless)
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pour a small amount of evaporated milk into a shallow dish. Dip each chicken breast in the milk, then coat evenly with seasoned flour (salt and pepper).
  3. Melt butter in a 13×9-inch baking pan in the preheated oven. Add the chicken breasts to the pan, coating them with the melted butter. Bake for 30 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the remaining evaporated milk from the can, Cream of Chicken soup, and water.
  5. After 30 minutes, turn the chicken breasts over in the pan. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken. Bake for an additional 30 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
