  • 14 oz can fire-roasted diced tomatoes

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 small head green cabbage, cored and chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar/jack cheese
  • 1 orange bell pepper, seeded and chopped

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, onion, and orange pepper. Cook until beef browns and onions turn translucent. Add garlic and sauté for 1 more minute.
