1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 ½ cups cooked and drained macaroni noodles
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 onion, chopped
Grated cheddar cheese (enough to cover the casserole)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook macaroni noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion. Season with chili powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
In a large bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, tomato soup, and drained corn. Add this mixture to the cooked beef. Stir in the cooked macaroni until well mixed.
Transfer the beef and macaroni mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. During the last 15 minutes of baking, sprinkle the top with grated cheddar cheese.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
