Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it's evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, ideally 1-2 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade, letting excess drip off. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
