1 lb baby potatoes, halved
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp paprika

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken thighs and halved baby potatoes to the bowl. Toss until everything is evenly coated with the mixture.
