Ingredients
Scale
7 oz white chocolate
1/2 tsp coconut oil
Green food coloring
24 Mini Twist pretzels
12 Oreo cookies
1 package Candy eyes
Red cookie icing
Black sugar sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate with the coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Add green food coloring and mix until the color is even.
Dip the pretzels in the melted chocolate, ensuring they are completely covered. Place them on a wax paper-lined tray with the bottom of each pretzel touching to form the frog's legs.
Dip each Oreo cookie in the green chocolate to cover completely, then place on top of the pretzel 'legs.'
While the chocolate is still wet, add two candy eyes to each frog. Use the red cookie icing to pipe a mouth and create a 'tongue.'
Place the remaining melted chocolate in a piping bag with a very small cut tip. Pipe small bumps behind the eyes of each frog to give them character. Sprinkle a little black sugar on each frog to add depth and texture.
Place the tray of frog cookies in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set.
Once set, enjoy your adorable and delicious frog treats!
