1 block of cream cheese
1 big can of cream of chicken
1 can of mild rotel (undrained)
1/2 stick of butter
1 16oz block of velveeta (cubed)
1 can of cream of mushroom with roasted garlic
3 green onions (chopped)
1/2 cup of chicken broth
1 rotisserie chicken (shredded)
noodles (to serve)
salt to taste
pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
garlic salt to taste
onion powder to taste
Italian seasoning to taste
Instructions
In a crockpot, combine cubed velveeta, cream cheese, cream of chicken, cream of mushroom with roasted garlic, mild rotel (undrained), chicken broth, butter, and chopped green onions. Cook on high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally until everything is melted and well combined.
Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package instructions on the stove.
Drain and add cooked noodles to the creamy sauce in the crockpot. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, garlic salt, onion powder, and Italian seasoning to taste. Stir well to combine.
