1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup self-raising flour
125g butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a 20cm x 30cm (8-inch x 12-inch) baking tin with baking paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture, and beat until well combined.
Stir in the self-raising flour and desiccated coconut until the mixture forms a dough.
Fold in the chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
Press the dough into the prepared baking tin, spreading it out evenly.
