Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup cinnamon/sugar blend
  • 1 can (8-count) Grand biscuits
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: Separate the biscuits into two layers and roll out each layer until it’s about 4 inches in diameter, creating 16 circles.
  2. Fill and Form: Spoon about 1 tablespoon of cherry pie filling into the center of each circle, pinch the edges together to seal, then gently roll into balls.
  3. Coat the Bombs: Brush all sides of the dough balls with melted butter and roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Air Fryer Method: Preheat the air fryer to 330°F, spray the basket with oil, arrange the bombs in a single layer, and air fry for 6-7 minutes, then wiggle to loosen and continue for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Oven Method: Preheat the oven to 375°F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the bombs on the sheet, and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
