1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup milk

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced sausage, chopped onion, and bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender and sausage is lightly browned.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and rice is cooked through.
