1 can of original Rotel
1 box of small pasta shells
1 pack of Velveeta cheese
3 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup milk
2 packs of taco seasoning
A handful of sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
In a large skillet, brown 3 pounds of ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
Boil a pot of water and cook 1 box of small pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cut 1 pack of Velveeta cheese into cubes and place in the same skillet used for the beef. Add 1/2 cup of milk and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the cheese is melted and smooth.
Add the drained pasta shells and cooked beef to the cheese sauce. Stir to coat everything evenly.
Sprinkle in 2 packs of taco seasoning and add the can of Rotel. Mix well to combine all flavors.
Stir in a handful of shredded sharp cheddar cheese until melted and well incorporated.
