1 cup (250ml) milk
2 cups (300g) self-raising flour
1 egg
1/4 cup (60ml) vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups (200g) grated cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 12-hole muffin tin.
In a bowl, combine self-raising flour, grated cheese, minced garlic, salt, and sugar.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, vegetable oil, and egg.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Spoon the mixture evenly into the muffin tin.
Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden and a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
