These Beef & Cheddar Sliders are a delicious and simple dish perfect for any occasion. Made with tender roast beef and melted cheddar cheese, all nestled in soft Hawaiian rolls and topped with a buttery glaze, they are sure to impress your guests with minimal effort.

  • 1 dozen Hawaiian dinner rolls
  • ¾ lb very thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 8 slices shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ½ tsp poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC).
  2. Toss thinly sliced roast beef with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  3. Split Hawaiian dinner rolls horizontally and place the bottom halves in a 9x13x2-inch baking pan.
  4. Layer each roll bottom with BBQ roast beef, followed by a slice of cheddar cheese. Top with the roll tops.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  6. Evenly pour the buttery glaze mixture over the assembled sliders in the baking pan.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
