1 lb cooked spaghetti
15 oz ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 egg
1 cup grated Parmesan
4 cups marinara sauce
2 cups Alfredo sauce
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the cheese mixture and stir until the pasta is evenly coated.
Spread a layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of the prepared dish. Top with half of the spaghetti mixture. Add a layer of Alfredo sauce, then the remaining spaghetti mixture.
Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top layer. Sprinkle shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and grated Parmesan evenly over the entire dish.
Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the baked spaghetti cool for a few minutes before serving.
