Ingredients
Scale
2 Steaks (10-ounce strip steaks)
3 large potatoes
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon dried parsley (divided)
Olive oil (for both steak and potatoes)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Paprika
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Steak seasoning (such as Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning)
Instructions
Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
In a large bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley until evenly coated.
Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes, shaking the basket a few times throughout to ensure even cooking.
While the potatoes are cooking, cut the steaks into 1-inch cubes.
In a separate bowl, coat the steak bites with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning.
Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the air fryer and set aside.
Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for about 7 minutes for medium doneness.
While the steak bites are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the minced garlic and 1 teaspoon of dried parsley.
When the steak bites are finished, transfer them to a serving dish and pour the garlic butter sauce over the top.
