  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 2 cups heavy cream, whipped
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Fresh peaches, sliced
  • Mixed peach and blueberry sauce

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla extract and mix well. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
