1 cup (240ml) unsalted butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups (300g) granulated sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 cups (300g) all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
4 large eggs
1 cup (240ml) whole milk
Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a Bundt cake pan.
In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract.
Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture, alternating with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
Pour batter into prepared Bundt pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
Cool cake in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto wire rack to cool completely.
