Reuben Roll Ups are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer featuring a savory combination of corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut wrapped in flaky crescent rolls. Perfect for parties or a quick snack, these roll ups are sure to please any crowd.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls (8 count)
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and lightly squeezed dry
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese
  • 4 oz corned beef
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  3. On each crescent roll triangle, spread 1 tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing. Top with 1/2 ounce of corned beef, 1/2 ounce of Swiss cheese, and 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut.
  4. Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the tip, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 13-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with extra Thousand Island dressing on the side for dipping.
