  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • 1/2 cup canned corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup cooked ground beef or sausage (optional)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine refried beans, softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, diced tomatoes with green chilies, chopped green onions, canned corn, and cooked ground beef or sausage (if using). Add taco seasoning and mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
