16 oz crescent dough sheets
1½ lbs lean ground beef
2 packets taco seasoning
¾ cup water
3½ cups shredded Colby and Monterey jack cheese
1 cup quartered grape tomatoes
⅓ cup sliced green onions
1 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll crescent dough sheets onto a baking sheet, pressing seams together. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
In a skillet, cook lean ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
Spread the cooked taco-seasoned beef evenly over the baked crescent dough crust. Sprinkle shredded Colby and Monterey jack cheese on top of the beef. Bake for an additional 4-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and top with quartered grape tomatoes, sliced green onions, and chopped cilantro if desired. Serve immediately with optional sour cream and hot sauce on the side.
