Ingredients
Scale
4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon sriracha
1/4 cup honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, sriracha, grated ginger, minced garlic, and lime juice until smooth and well combined.
Place the salmon fillets in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the salmon, seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade. Season the fillets with salt and pepper. Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and has a nice char.
Transfer the grilled salmon to a serving platter. Garnish with lime wedges and chopped fresh herbs, if desired.
