Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 packet French onion soup mix

  • 1 can of Cream of Onion Condensed Soup
  • 6 lean boneless pork chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 russet potatoes, sliced thin

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the 6 lean boneless pork chops on both sides.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. Arrange the thinly sliced 5 russet potatoes at the bottom of the prepared baking pan. Place the browned pork chops on top of the potato layers.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine ½ cup of whole milk, 1 packet of French onion soup mix, and 1 can of Cream of Onion Condensed Soup. Stir the mixture well to blend.
  5. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the pork chops and potatoes. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. If additional time is needed, cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
