- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tube (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1 egg, beaten
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Separate the biscuit dough into 8 biscuits. On a lightly floured surface, roll each biscuit into a 6-inch circle.
- Place about 1/4 cup of the beef mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling, and press the edges with a fork to seal.
- Place the filled pockets on an ungreased baking sheet. Brush with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
