  • 3/4 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 (8-ounce) package softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8-ounce) container thawed whipped topping
  • 1 (6-ounce) package strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 (16-ounce) package thawed frozen strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in thawed whipped topping until well combined. Spread mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
  4. Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water in another bowl, stirring until fully dissolved. Add thawed frozen strawberries to the gelatin mixture and stir to combine. Carefully pour mixture over the cream cheese layer in the baking dish.
