Ingredients

Scale
  • 23.4 oz. pkg. instant cheesecake flavored pudding
  • 2 lb. strawberries
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 sleeves graham crackers
  • 18 oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 114 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 112 oz. carton whipped topping, divided

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries, remove the tops, and slice them into 1/4-inch thick pieces. Set aside.
  2. Line the bottom of a 3-quart (13×9 inch) baking dish with a layer of graham crackers.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Beat with a mixer until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the pudding mixes and milk to the bowl, and continue mixing on low speed for 4-5 minutes, or until the mixture starts to thicken.
  5. Fold in 2 cups of the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth.
  6. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers in the baking dish.
  7. Arrange a single layer of strawberry slices over the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Top the strawberries with another layer of graham crackers.
  9. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
  10. Add another layer of strawberry slices on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  11. Cover the dish and refrigerate for 6-8 hours, allowing the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.
  12. Before serving, top with the remaining whipped topping. Crush the leftover graham crackers and sprinkle the crumbs over the top for a delightful crunch.
