Ingredients
Scale
2 pieces Carrots (about 200 g)
300 g Broccoli
1 piece Onion
Vegetable oil
1 clove Garlic
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
Instructions
Peel the carrots and cut them into thin slices. Cut the broccoli into small florets. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 2 minutes until translucent.
Add the carrot slices to the skillet and cook them in salted water for 1 to 2 minutes until slightly tender.
Add the broccoli florets to the skillet with the carrots and continue cooking for another 1 minute. Be careful not to overcook the vegetables; they should remain crisp.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and mix well with the vegetables.
Pour the soy sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly. Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
Remove the skillet from the heat and serve the stir-fried broccoli with carrots hot.
