  • 3 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 6 cups diced potatoes (partially cooked)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté the sliced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic until tender. Season with steak seasoning and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. In a slow cooker, layer the cooked beef, sautéed vegetables, partially cooked diced potatoes, and cheddar cheese soup. Add the shredded provolone cheese and sour cream on top.
  4. Stir everything to combine well. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2 hours.
  5. Once the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted, give it a final stir and serve hot.
