Pour the prepared sauce over the cooked beef mixture. Keep warm on low heat.
In a small saucepan, heat 2 cups shredded cheese with ⅓ cup milk and 1 tbsp butter until melted and smooth.
Lay large flour tortillas flat. Spoon the beef mixture into the center of each tortilla. Pour cheese sauce on top and sprinkle with additional shredded cheese.
Fold the tortillas over the filling to form burritos. In a clean skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium-high heat. Fry each burrito for 1 minute per side until golden brown and crispy.
