Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 8 oz crab meat
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined, chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, lemon juice, fresh parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Make a slit along the side of each salmon fillet to create a pocket for the stuffing.
  4. Gently stuff each salmon fillet with the crab and shrimp mixture, pressing it in evenly.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Sear the stuffed salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the stuffing is hot.
  8. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
