2 cups biscuit baking mix
1 pound spicy pork sausage
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup milk (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, biscuit mix, pork sausage, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. If desired, add milk for moisture and mix until well combined.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.
