  • 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 cup crabmeat, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and gently hollow out the caps.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the crabmeat, cream cheese, Parmesan, green onions, celery, garlic, and Old Bay seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon the crab mixture into each mushroom cap and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
