These delightful Rainbow Fruit Lollies are a fun and healthy way to cool down on a hot day. Enjoy the burst of fruity flavors in every bite!

Ingredients

  • 100g frozen raspberries
  • 100g frozen blackberries
  • 100g mango, peeled, stoned, and chopped
  • 2 bananas
  • 400g yogurt
  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Blitz the mango with ½ banana and 100g yogurt in a blender until smooth. Divide the mixture between six ice lolly moulds and insert a stick into each. Hold each stick upright in the mould and secure on both sides with tape. Freeze for 1 hour until set.
  2. Blend 100g yogurt with the raspberries until smooth. Pour over the set mango layer. Freeze for another 1 hour until set.
  3. Blend another ½ banana, 100g yogurt, and the kiwi fruit until smooth. Pour over the set raspberry layer. Freeze for another 1 hour until set.
  4. Blend 100g yogurt with the blackberries until smooth. Pour over the set kiwi layer. Cover and freeze the lollies overnight.
  5. Run the moulds under warm water to remove the lollies. Enjoy these refreshing treats!
