8 slices of bread
2 cups pulled pork, warmed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Place a slice of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet.
Layer shredded cheddar cheese on the bread slice, followed by a generous portion of warmed pulled pork.
Drizzle barbecue sauce over the pulled pork.
Top with another slice of bread, buttered side facing up.
Cook until the bottom is golden brown and the cheese is melted, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
