3 cups broccoli florets
3 cups diced potatoes
4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
1 cup milk or heavy cream

Instructions
In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced onions and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant and onions turn translucent.
