Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a donut pan and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the donut molds to form a crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and heavy cream until well combined.
  4. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crusts in the donut pan, filling each mold almost to the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the centers are set. Allow the donuts to cool completely in the pan before removing.
  5. Once cooled, drizzle the caramel sauce over the tops of the donuts. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices before serving.
