This Lazy Crock Pot Lasagna Ravioli is a simple and delicious dish that combines layers of cheese ravioli, savory meat sauce, and melted cheese. Perfect for a stress-free dinner, it cooks slowly in a crock pot, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 25 oz frozen cheese ravioli (uncooked)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 14.5 oz canned diced tomatoes, drained
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic over medium-high heat until the meat is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat. Stir in marinara sauce, drained diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Let simmer uncovered for 5-7 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
  2. Spray the inside of a 6-quart crock pot with cooking spray.
  3. Spread 1 cup of the meat sauce over the bottom of the slow cooker. Place half of the frozen ravioli on top of the sauce. Add 2 cups of meat sauce and 1 1/4 cups of mozzarella cheese over the ravioli. Layer the remaining ravioli over the cheese. Pour the remaining meat sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Finish by sprinkling the Parmesan cheese on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until the ravioli is tender and the cheese is melted.
  5. Turn off the slow cooker and let the lasagna sit with the lid off for 15-20 minutes before serving.
