Ingredients

8 slices of deli ham
1 tube of Pillsbury pizza crust
12 slices of sandwich pepperoni
2 minced garlic cloves
8 slices of provolone cheese or mozzarella
2 tablespoons of butter
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
10 slices of Genoa salami
3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven according to the pizza dough instructions and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the butter in the microwave and mix in the minced garlic, chopped parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
Stretch the pizza crust to almost the size of your baking sheet on the prepared parchment paper.
Layer the deli meats on the dough, starting with the ham, followed by the salami, and then the pepperoni. Add the cheese slices on top of the meats.
Roll the Stromboli lengthwise, ensuring you seal the seam and ends well. Pinch and tuck the ends under the Stromboli and score the top a few times with a serrated knife.
Brush the top of the Stromboli with the garlic butter mixture and bake according to the pizza dough instructions until golden brown and cooked through.
Slice the Stromboli and serve hot, optionally with red sauce for dipping.
