  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry
  • 1/2 pound sliced corned beef
  • 1/4 cup Russian dressing
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry into a rectangular shape.
  3. Evenly spread Russian dressing over the puff pastry.
  4. Arrange the corned beef slices, followed by the sauerkraut and shredded Swiss cheese, on top of the dressed pastry.
  5. Roll the pastry tightly into a log, sealing the edges with a bit of egg wash to secure.
  6. Using a sharp knife, slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  7. Arrange the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each.
  8. Brush the tops of the pinwheels with the beaten egg wash for a golden finish.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pinwheels are golden brown and puffed.
