  • 4 white fish fillets (e.g., cod, haddock)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 1/2 cup tartar sauce
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 4 burger buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste
