1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil for frying
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk
1 small onion, grated
1 large egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground coriander
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the meatballs in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through.
Remove the meatballs from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
