  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, softened butter, and salt until crumbly. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  2. In another bowl, combine peach slices, brown sugar, cornstarch, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Toss to coat the peaches evenly.
  3. Spread the peach mixture over the crust in the baking dish. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the crust is golden and the peaches are bubbly.
