2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh herbs, chopped (such as parsley, chives, or dill)
250g cream cheese, softened
4 soft bread rolls
2 tablespoons melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the top off each bread roll and carefully hollow out the inside, leaving a small border around the edges.
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the hollowed-out bread rolls, filling them generously.
Place the filled rolls on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with the melted butter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the filling is heated through.
Serve warm, garnished with extra herbs if desired.
