1 lb lean ground beef, cooked and drained
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 16 oz box of bow tie pasta
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 ounce packet taco seasoning
1 15 oz can corn, drained
½ cup scallions, chopped
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup barbecue sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Boil bow tie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked bacon, ground beef, taco seasoning, corn, black beans, cherry tomatoes, scallions, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Pour the cooled pasta over the mixture in the bowl.
In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture. Toss to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated.
Refrigerate the salad for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
