2 cups cooked chicken (diced)

10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
3 cups frozen mixed vegetables (defrosted)
⅓ cup sour cream
1 ¼ cup hot water
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine the hot water with the stuffing mix. Stir well, then let it sit for 5 minutes to absorb the water.
In the prepared baking dish, combine the cooked chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and mixed vegetables. Stir until well mixed.
Spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
