2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup milk
1/2 tablespoon dried minced onion
2 cups uncooked egg noodles
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 (10-ounce) package frozen corn, thawed
1 (10-ounce) package frozen peas and carrots, thawed
1 (10-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
Boil 2 cups of egg noodles according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, thawed peas and carrots, thawed corn, milk, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, dried minced onion, garlic powder, melted butter, salt, pepper, and optional Italian seasoning.
Gently stir in the cooked noodles until everything is well mixed.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
Remove from the oven and let the casserole stand for 5 minutes before serving.
