Ingredients
Scale
2 8-ounce cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
3 cups fully cooked shredded chicken
2 green onions, chopped
1 package ranch dressing mix
8-ounce package cream cheese
2 10.5-ounce cans cream of chicken soup
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium pot over medium heat, combine the cream of chicken soup and cream cheese. Stir often until the cream cheese is melted and fully incorporated into the soup. Add the ranch dressing mix, stir, and then remove the sauce from the heat.
Reserve 1 cup of the sauce and set aside. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped green onions, and the remaining sauce. Mix well.
Separate the crescent roll dough into individual triangles. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Fold the long point of the dough over and around the chicken mixture to form a packet. Arrange each packet in the prepared baking dish.
Pour the reserved sauce around the chicken packets in the pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy the comforting flavors of these Chicken Crescent Rolls.
