Ingredients
Scale
8 oz pasta (shells)
1/2 lb bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 lb chicken, boneless/skinless, diced
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 packet dry Ranch dressing mix
Salt/pepper, to taste
14.5 oz Alfredo sauce
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon until crispy, about 7 minutes. Drain the bacon grease and place the bacon on a paper towel to absorb the remaining grease.
In a gallon-sized Ziploc bag, add olive oil, diced raw chicken, and Ranch dressing mix. Seal the bag and shake well to coat the chicken thoroughly.
Add the coated chicken to the skillet and cook until no longer pink.
In a pot of boiling water, cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and transfer the pasta to the greased baking dish.
Add the cooked chicken and Alfredo sauce to the pasta in the baking dish. Mix well to combine.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses evenly over the top. Add the cooked bacon and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
