- Frozen tater tots
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Crush the Ritz crackers into crumbs.
- In a bowl, combine the BBQ sauce and ketchup, stirring until well blended.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cracker crumbs, half of the BBQ and ketchup mixture, onion soup mix, and eggs. Mix thoroughly.
- Layer the meat mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 baking dish.
- Brush the remaining BBQ and ketchup mixture over the top of the meat.
- Spread the tater tots evenly over the meat.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
