1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup beef broth
1 package (12 oz) cheese tortellini

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onion and cook until tender and translucent.
Increase the heat to medium-high and add the cubed beef to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned on all sides.
Stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Reduce the heat to low. Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to combine with the beef mixture. Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese over the top and cover. Cook until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
