Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
In a large bowl, whisk sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until well blended.
